Position: Administrator
Location: Biomed New England
Description: The Administrator, an on-site position in Providence, RI, plays a key
leadership role at the BioMed Center and will wear “many hats” in their role. This
position requires someone with great organizational skills, great communications
skills, a creative solution-oriented mindset, and is able to lead and develop a
world class medical and dental team. The Administrator is responsible for the
daily operations of the center. He/She supervises the day-to-day activities of all
patient services and assists with guest complaints. He/She positively impacts the
patient experience by coaching and implementing programs for improvement.
The position requires collaboration with various teams, such as outside vendors
and marketing. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing resources
and scheduling, planning of various team events such as staff meetings, as well
as various other special projects or duties that arise.
